Login Error

Some of our users have reported an error that occurs when logging into the site. The home page is blank except for the "Report Website Problem" and "Contact Product Support" buttons. This issue does not present itself to every user but occurs most often when your web browser autofills your login information.

While we are looking for a permanent fix to this issue, we have found that clicking the logout link at the top of the page and then manually entering your password, or typing a space at the end of your password and then deleting the space, when logging back in seems to refresh your user settings.
